Affordable Housing Studies
Our firm provides research and analysis to public agencies (such as housing authorities), to assist in meeting HUD reporting requirements. We also prepare required demand studies needed by affordable housing providers to secure low income housing tax credits and bond financing for the development of new affordable housing.
